Our Accounting teams work at the heart of TFG operations and shape the financial landscape for the businesses. Associates work directly at the business unit level, where they play a pivotal role in daily cash flow, closing individual company books and compliance, or support accounting oversight and financial reporting for our entire family of companies through the corporate shared services group.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams directly influence customer-centric and operational strategies of individual companies through profitability planning, performance analysis and adhoc analytics. They also provide strategic financial analysis and planning to the entire portfolio within the corporate shared services group.
Business Planning and Analysis
In business planning and analysis, Associates operate at the business unit level and directly influence customer-centric and operational strategies across diverse sectors, collaborating across product, sales and legal teams. Within our larger shared services group, Associates bridge the gap between operations and executive-level decision-makers, providing a crucial roadmap for financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights to key stakeholders.
Business Advisory and Internal Audit
Our business advisory and internal audit team focuses on strategic audits, consulting, and business advisory services for our entire portfolio of companies and is at the forefront of exciting projects such as system implementations, assessments, and gap analyses. The associates build relationships across the organization and get to know every facet of the business, partnering with the diverse companies in TFG’s global portfolio and collaborating on strategies at the executive leadership level.
Tax
Our tax team serves as a strategic advisor to The Friedkin Group’s businesses and leaders. From handling filings for the business units to working on a wide range of tax-related projects, a diverse compliance and planning expertise is crucial in navigating the complexities of the ever-evolving global tax landscape.
Treasury
The treasury team provides financing, investment, and cash management direction for The Friedkin Group's diverse portfolio of businesses, playing a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and growth. Associates coordinate across the corporate accounting and finance teams to ensure the seamless flow of payments and optimize our financial strategies. Within the treasury operations team, associates navigate complex financial landscapes through cash and investment management, working with a large portion of our organization and portfolio companies. This role demands a unique blend of accounting expertise and treasury acumen to maintain our financial stability and growth.
